摘要Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is effective for most heart failure patients who were classified into NYHA Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups. The first Chinese patient who received CRT implanted appeared in 1999. After more than 10 years accumulation ,Chinese doctors have improved not only in the technology but also concept aspects.Besides the well known benefits of CRT, there are still many clinical concerns: what would be the results if patients who suffered from mild to moderate heart failure (HF) symptoms received CRT implantation? Is it accurate to upgrade RV pacing to Bi-ventricular pacing in all AV block patients who have heart failure symptoms?Prospect study indicates echocardiographic parameters may not be the best evaluation for the CRT, what would the best? How to make the CRT following-up better and easier?All the above mentioned should be the focus for the future work. Here,we comment the improvements and newly studies of all these clinical concerns. We hope to provide the ideas to extend our work deeply. Meanwhile,we want to share the Chinese doctors' experience which also could be resource for the whole world's heart failure patients.
