摘要在14侧成人小腿标本上，观察了腓浅血管的起始部位、行程及其皮支的分布情况，测量了腓浅血管及其主要皮支的外径。结果表明：具有形成以腓浅血管为蒂的小腿前外侧岛状皮瓣的解剖学条件。并于1988年1月成功地应用于临床。本文详细介绍了该皮瓣的切取方法、临床应用要点及优点。

abstractsOn 14 legs of adult cadavers, the origin, route of travel and distribution of cutaneous branches of the superficial peroneal vessels were observed, and the diameter of the superficial peroneal vessels and their main cutanws eous branches were measured. The result shows that anterolateral leg island flap with a pedicle of superficial peroneal vessels may be raised from the middle and lower thirds of the leg. Clinically, one case who had a bone-exposed wound on his upper leg was repaired successfully with the flap in January, 1988. The authors consider that anterolateral leg island f ap possesses the following advantages:(1) The flap is thin. (2) The operation is easy to perform. (3) Little influence to the donor area. It is an extremely useful flap for repairing defects of the knee and upper half of the leg. The considerations of the operative procedure are introduced in detail.
