换一批摘要1986年3月~1990年12月在支撑喉镜下对声带息肉、声带肥厚、喉室息肉、喉部良性肿瘤等15种喉内病变共156例患者进行了喉内显微手术。由于手术在显微镜下进行操作，手术细致准确，病变清除彻底，损伤小，术后局部反应轻，声嘶改善快，手术达到满意效果。

abstractsFrom March 1986 to December 1990, 156 cases of laryngeal dieases were observed and operated on meticulously under microlaryngoscope. These diseases included polyp of the vocal cord, hypertrophy of the vocal cord, polyp of the ventriculus laryngis and the laryngeal benign tumors, etc.The operation is done under the microscope, so that the lesion can be removed more exactly and thoroughly with less trauma to the normal tissue, and post-operative local reaction is little.
