摘要利用60只手(成人50只,右23、右27;婴幼儿10只:左右各5只),研究了屈指肌腱腱纽的位置、形态、数量、大小、起止和与周围结构的关系。详细观察了发自指掌侧固有动脉和神经又经腱纽分布到屈指肌腱的动脉和神经分支及其穿腱鞘的位置、行走途径、外径大小和分布特点,以及指掌侧动脉弓的位置,外径大小等。作者认为腱纽中的血管对指腱鞘内屈指肌腱的营养是重要的,同时腱纽又给肌腱提供了一个附着于指骨的结构,并能传送一定的力。因此在手术中应注意保护腱纽。

abstractsThe position, shape, number, size, origin and termination of the flexor tendon vincula and their surrounding structures were studied (50 adults, 10 infants). Close observations of the position, course, external diameter and characteristic distribution of the branches from the proper palmar digital arteries and nerves passing through the vincula to the flexor tendons were conducted by means of injection of coloured latex, angiography, histological section, clearing and microdissection. Our findings demonstrate that the blood supply of the vincula to the flexor tendons within the flexor tendon sheath is indispensable. The vincula are a strong structure capable of supplying a bony attachment and transmitting some flexor force. It is essential to protect the integrity of the vincula on operation to make the flexor tendons have a sufficient blood supply for the benefit of heeling.
