摘要目的:介绍桡神经深支损伤显微外科修复的临床疗效。方法:对桡神经深支损伤（挫伤 3例，不全断裂 2例，完全断裂 12例）采用显微外科技术修复：神经松解 3例，神经吻合 8例（2例桡神经深支和伸肌群缺损，经尺桡骨缩短后吻合），神经移植修复6例。结果:经18～24个月随访，按优 M 4, M 5，良 M 2,M 3、可，M 1和差M 0标准评定。其中优12例，良3例，可1例，差1例。 结论:不熟悉桡神经深支局部解剖导致损伤并误诊误治；尺桡骨缩短是克服桡神经深支合并伸肌群缺损的有效方法。

abstractsObjective:To introduce the treatment outcome of the injuried deep branch of the radial nerve.Methods:The injuried deep branch of the radial nerve (contusion in 3 cases, lacerated partially in 2 cases and completely in 12 cases) were treated by microsurgical technique. Nurolysis in 3 cases; Nerve anastomosis in 8 cases (to overcome the defects of the deep branch of the radial nerve and the extensors by shortening the radial and the ulna in 2 cases); and nerve grafting in 6 cases.Results:Followed-up for 18~24 months, the treatment effect assessed by following standard. Excellent M4.5, good M2.3, fair M 1 and poor Mo.There were 12 excellent, 3 good, 1 fair and 1 poor.Conclusions:Diagnosis and treatment of theinjuried deep branch of the radial nerve delayed due to unfamiliar with its regional anatomy; defects of thedeep branch of the radial nerve and the extensors can be resolve by shortening the radial and the ulna.
