摘要目的：探讨运用带血管蒂骨瓣联合外固定支架及内固定治疗陈旧性经舟骨月骨周围脱位的临床疗效。方法自2008年3月至2015年6月，采取切开复位，带桡动脉桡骨茎突返支骨瓣移植联合外固定支架及内固定治疗陈旧性经舟骨月骨周围脱位18例。结果18例中有17例得到随访，1例因故失访。随访时间为8～58个月，X线片显示本组均舟骨骨性愈合，骨折愈合时间为术后3～6个月。腕关节功能采用Dienst评分法，优良率83．3％。结论带血管蒂骨瓣联合外固定支架及内固定治疗陈旧性经舟骨月骨周围脱位是一种比较有效的方法。

abstractsObjective To investigate grafting of radial bone flap with vascular pedicle and external fixator and internal fixation to treat chronic transcaphoid perilunate dislocation in clinic. Methods From March,2008 to June,2015,18 cases of chronic transcaphoid perilunate dislocation were treated with open reduction , grafting of ra-dial bone flap with vascular pedicle and external fixator and internal fixation. Results 17 cases were followed up from 8 months to 58 months and X-ray showed that their fractured scaphoids got united 3 to 6 months after the op-eration. All patients were bony union. Rate of excellent and good restoration of normal wrist function was 83.3%. Conclusion This method for treatment of old transcaphoid perilunate dislocation is recommendable.
