摘要视网膜血氧定量法是一种快速、无创的新型视网膜血管成像技术,用于测量视网膜主要动、静脉的血氧饱和度并进行量化分析,反映视网膜血氧新陈代谢情况,从而反映全身微循环状态,为医学诊断提供可靠依据。视网膜血氧饱和度可作为生物标记物应用于糖尿病视网膜病变、视网膜中央静脉阻塞、视网膜色素变性、青光眼和阿尔茨海默病等眼科及脑部疾病的诊断及严重程度的评估。
