摘要本文是共识的第二部分即过敏性疾病的治疗。原则是“防治结合、四位一体”：环境控制可避免或减少过敏原，是首选；过敏原疫苗脱敏治疗是对因治疗，已经被认为是一线治疗方法；靶向药物阻断过敏或抗过敏药物控制症状是目前常用的对症治疗方法，需要参照慢病管理方式用药；健康教育可改变患者的错误认知，提高患者主动性和依从性，改变行为方式，提高疗效。
