摘要细菌性角膜炎是一种起病急、进展快且可能导致永久性视力丧失的角膜感染性疾病。近年来其致病菌谱及耐药性发生了变化，给临床诊治工作带来了新的挑战。中国医师协会眼科医师分会眼感染学组通过查阅国内外大量文献，结合国内专家的临床经验，针对细菌性角膜炎的流行病学特征、发病机制、临床表现、实验室及辅助检查方法、诊断与鉴别诊断要点、治疗原则和方法，形成共识性意见，同时强调了个性化治疗的重要性，旨在为临床开展相关工作提供最新的参考和指导。

abstractsBacterial keratitis is an acute-onset, rapidly progressive corneal infection that can lead to permanent vision loss. In recent years, shifts in the spectrum of causative pathogens and their antimicrobial resistance have created new challenges for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The Ocular Infection Group of Chinese Ophthalmologist Association has reviewed extensive domestic and international literature and combined the evidence with the expert clinical experience in China to develop a consensus statement. The document addresses the epidemiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, laboratory and ancillary diagnostic methods, differential diagnosis, and therapeutic principles and options of bacterial keratitis, while underscoring the importance of individualized therapy, aiming to provide up-to-date reference and guidance for clinical practice.
