摘要肠道准备是炎症性肠病（IBD）患者肠镜检查中最繁重、痛苦的部分，IBD患者的疾病特征及临床状态可能影响肠道准备的质量及耐受情况。然而关于IBD患者肠道准备的研究很少，尤其是病情复杂的IBD患者的肠道准备研究。本文对IBD患者的肠道准备研究进行综述，并强调IBD患者的肠道准备应个体化。

abstractsThe bowel preparation is the most burdensome and painful part of the colonoscopy for patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) . The disease characteristics and clinical status of IBD may affect the quality and tolerance of bowel preparation. However, few studies have been conducted on bowel preparation in IBD, especially for complex IBD. This article reviews the bowel preparation studies of IBD patients, and highlights the bowel preparation of IBD patients should be individualized.
