摘要目前，利用短视频传播知识正在成为一种新的趋势，抖音平台上传播健康医疗类知识的账号也日益增多。作者对医疗健康类账号进行分类，并对其关注量、发布内容进行分析，针对目前医疗健康类账号运营中存在的问题，从运营者创新做法、完善服务功能、处理舆情以及抖音平台加强监管两个角度四个方面进行分析，探析优化健康医疗短视频账号运营的对策。

abstractsAt present, the use of short video to disseminate knowledge is becoming a new trend. The number of accounts spreading health and medical knowledge on TikTok is increasing. The authors classified the medical health accounts and analyzed their concerns and contents. Aiming at the problems existing in the operation of medical and health account on TikTok, the authors analyzed four aspects, namely, the innovative practice of operators, the improvement of service functions, the handling of public opinion and the strengthening of supervision platform, and explored the countermeasures for optimizing the operation of short video accounts of health care.
