abstractsAdipose-derived stem cells ( ASCs ) play an important role in tissue repair and regeneration by secreting growth factors, promoting angiogenesis, wound healing, immune regulation, and reducing inflammatory reactions. In this paper, the basic research about ASCs and its application in plastic surgery such as fat transplantation, skin flap transplantation, wound healing, scar repair, hair regeneration and anti-aging are reviewed.
