摘要熊大经教授出身中医世家，对于耳鼻咽喉疾病的治疗有着深刻的体会。鼻渊是耳鼻咽喉科的常见病、多发病，胆腑郁热证是主要症型。本文简要介绍经方小柴胡汤与胆腑郁热型鼻渊的关系和运用。浅谈熊大经教授鼻病辨治经验之“重肝胆”思想及对小柴胡汤的发挥。
