摘要目的 探讨应用关节囊内撬拨复位配合加压锁定钢板内固定或外固定架固定术治疗Barton骨折的方法和临床效果.方法 2004年2月至2006年12月收治23例Barton骨折患者,采用关节囊内撬拨复位技术进行治疗,根据不同骨折类型分别采用加压锁定钢板内固定及外固定架固定.结果 本组23例患者全部获得随访,X线片显示骨折全部愈合.采用Gartland和Werley评分系统评估腕关节功能,优17例,良5例,差1例,优良率95.6%.结论 应用关节囊内撬拨复位技术治疗Barton骨折,有利于骨折更快愈合和腕关节功能恢复.

abstractsObjective To explore using techniques of locking compression plate(LCP)or external fixator after replacement for the treatment of Barton fractures.Methods Twenty-three patients with Barton fracture had been treated by locking compression plate fixation or external fixator after prize-replacement in arthrosis from February 2002 to December 2006.Results Twenty-three cases all acquired follow up,X-ray appeared all fractures had concrescenced.Wrist joint function was evaluated according to Gartland and Werley standard.95.6%patients obtained an excellent or good results.17 cases were excellent and 5 cases good and 1 case bad.Conclusions Using prize-replacement in arthrosis is a technique of more rapid healing and resumption of wrist joint function in treatment of Barton fractures.
