摘要目的 观察恩度联合多西紫杉醇+顺铂方案治疗原发灶不明癌的近期疗效及毒副作用.方法 12例未经治疗的临床诊断原发灶不明癌患者给予恩度联合多西紫杉醇+顺铂方案,观察其近期疗效及毒副作用.结果 12例总有效率为58.3％,疾病控制率为91.7％,毒副作用主要为血液学毒性、脱发及恶心/呕吐,未出现Ⅳ期毒副作用,无一例患者死于化疗毒副作用.结论 恩度联合多西紫杉醇+顺铂方案治疗原发灶不明癌有效提高了化疗的有效率,且不良反应可以耐受.

abstractsObjective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of endostar combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of unknown primary cancer.Methods Twelve patients with clinical diagnosis of unknown primary cancer were given endostar combined docetaxel + cisplatin.Then the efficacy and toxicity was observed.Results The overall effective rate was 58.3％,the disease control rate was 91.7％.The mainly toxicity was hematologic toxicity,alopecia and nausea/vomiting,without stage Ⅳ toxicity,no patients died from the adverse reations of chemotherapy.Conclusions Endostar combined with docetaxel + cisplatin in the treatment of unknown primary cancer patients improve the chemotherapy effectively,and the toxicity can be tolerated.
