摘要目的：探讨 KLF6基因在胃癌发生、发展中的作用和意义。方法采用免疫组化技术分别检测36例慢性萎缩性胃炎、高级别上皮内瘤变和胃癌组织中 KLF6蛋白的表达，分析 KLF6与其临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 KLF6蛋白在胃癌组和上皮内瘤变组中的表达低于胃炎组，胃癌组中表达低于上皮内瘤变组（P <0.05）；KLF6蛋白的阳性表达率在胃癌的不同分化程度之间有差异；在胃癌的不同 TNM 分期之间也有差异（P <0.05），并且 TNM 分期越高，阳性表达率越低；尚不能认为与淋巴结转移、肿瘤部位、胃癌侵及层次、肿瘤大小有关（ P >0.05）。结论 KLF6基因的异常表达参与了胃癌的发生、发展过程，对胃癌的诊断和预后具有一定的参考价值。

abstractsObjective To investigate the significance of KLF6 protein in the progress of gastric cancer. Methods The protein expression of KLF6 in the 36 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis,high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia and gastric carcinoma were detected respectively,and the relationship be-tween KLF6 and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The expression of KLF6 protein was lower in gastric cancer group and intraepithelial neoplasia group than that in gastritis group,and it was lower in gastric carcinoma group than that in intraepithelial neoplasia group( P < 0. 05). The positive&nbsp;expression rates of KLF6 protein were different in different degree differentiation of gastric cancer,and there were significant differences in different TNM stages of gastric cancer(P < 0. 05),and the higher TNM stage was,the lower the positive expression rate of KLF6 protein become. And there were no rela-tionship with lymph node metastasis,tumor location,the level of gastric cancer invasion or tumor size (P > 0. 05). Conclusions The abnormal expression of KLF6 is closely related to the occurrence,de-velopment and differentiation of gastric cancer. KLF6 protein expression has certain reference value in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
