血浆中总胆固醇、脂蛋白及同型半胱氨酸水平与脑血管病的相关性分析
Relationship between plasma TC,lipoprotein,homocysteine levels and cerebrovascular disease
摘要目的:研究血浆中总胆固醇(TC)、脂蛋白及同型半胱氨酸水平与脑血管病的相关性,为脑血管病的预防与及早诊断提供新的思路及理论支持。方法选择2013年2月至2015年10月112例脑血管病患者为研究对象,将其分为脑梗死组和脑出血组,每组56例,检测两组患者空腹静脉血,对比观察两组血浆中 TC、脂蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平及各项血脂生化指标异常发生率。结果脑梗死组血浆中 TC、同型半胱氨酸水平与脑出血组比较差异未见统计学意义(P ﹥0.05);脑梗死组脂蛋白水平与脑出血组比较差异未见统计学意义(P ﹤0.05)。脑梗死组脂蛋白异常发生率为30.36%,与对照组(17.86%)比较差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05);脑梗死组 TC 及同型半胱氨酸异常发生率分别为5.36%及39.29%,与脑出血组(7.14%和37.50%)比较差异均未见统计学意义(P ﹥0.05)。结论脂蛋白水平的异常变化与脑梗死的发病具有密切相关性,并且脂蛋白可能为诱发脑梗死的独立危险因素之一,可通过对其进行检测来预防或诊断脑梗死疾病,具有一定的临床价值,值得推广运用。

abstractsObjective To analyze the relationship between plasma TC,lipoprotein with homo-cysteine levels and cerebral vascular disease,and to provide new ideas and theoretical support for the prevention and early diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease. Methods One hundred and twelve patients with cerebrovascular disease from February 2013 to October 2015 were selected as research subjects,and were divided into cerebral infarction group and cerebral hemorrhage group,with 56 cases in each group. Fasting venous blood of the two groups of patients were detected. The plasma levels of TC,lipoprotein, homocysteine and the abnormal rate of serum lipids in the two groups were observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in plasma TC or homocysteine levels in patients with cere-bral infarction(P ﹥ 0. 05). The level of lipoprotein in cerebral infarction group was significantly different from that of intracerebral hemorrhage group(P ﹤ 0. 05). The incidence of lipoprotein abnormalities in cerebral infarction group was 30. 36% ,and that in the control group was 17. 86% ,there was significant difference(P ﹤ 0. 05). The TC and homocysteine abnormal rates in infarction group were 5. 36% and 39. 29% ,which was 7. 14% and 37. 50% in the cerebral hemorrhage group,there was no significant difference(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusions The abnormal change of lipoprotein level is closely correlated with the incidence of cerebral infarction. Lipoprotein may be one of the independent risk factors for cerebral infarction,and it can be used to prevent or diagnose cerebral infarction disease with a certain clinical value,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
