摘要目的 观察阿法骨化醇联合阿仑膦酸钠片治疗老年骨质疏松的效果.方法 选择2016年8月至2018年2月郑州中心医院收治的老年骨质疏松患者128例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组64例.对照组服用阿仑膦酸钠片,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予阿法骨化醇软胶囊.比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应,治疗前后第2～4腰椎、股骨颈骨密度及骨痛的视觉模拟评分(VAS评分).结果 研究组总有效率为93.8％,对照组总有效率为79.7％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第2、3、4腰椎及股骨颈骨密度均高于对照组,VAS值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生情况比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 阿法骨化醇联合阿仑膦酸钠片治疗老年骨质疏松效果显著,可以提高骨密度,快速缓解骨痛,且安全性较好.

abstractsObjective To observe the effects of alfacalcidol combined with alendronare sodium on senile osteoporosis .Methods A total of 128 patients with senile osteoporosis who were hospitalized in Zhengzhou Central Hospital from August 2016 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group , with 64 patients in each group .Patients in control group were given alendronare sodium , and patients in research group were given alfacalcidol soft capsule based on the treatment for control group .Efficacy , adverse reactions , bone mineral density ( BMD) of the second lumbar vertebra to the forth lumbar vertebra , femur neck BMD and visual analogue scale ( VAS ) scores were compared before and after treatment between the two groups .Results The total effective rate of research group was 93.8％, while the total effective rate of control group was 79.7％, and the difference in it was significant (P<0.05);after treatment, the second, third and forth lumbar vertebra BMD and femur neck BMD of research group were significantly higher than those of control group , but VAS of research group was significantly lower than that of control group , and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) . There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions The effect of alfacalcidol combined with alendronare sodium on senile osteoporosis is better , and it can improve the BMD , reduce bone pain , of which the safety is higher .
