摘要实时二维剪切波弹性成像(2D-SWE)是最新的弹性成像技术,可以实时显示彩色编码的弹性图像,其以重复性好、简便、无创伤等优势被逐渐应用于临床.本文主要回顾了2D-SWE的基本原理,总结了其目前在临床上的应用及进展情况.

abstractsReal-time two-dimensional shear wave elastography ( 2D-SWE ) is the latest elasticity imaging technology that can display color coded elastic images in real time .It has been gradually applied in clinical practice for advantages of good repeatability , simplicity and non-trauma. Here, we review the basic principles of 2D-SWE and summarize its clinical application and current progress in clinical application .
