双歧杆菌混合物治疗lgE介导的儿童过敏性鼻炎的效果观察
Effect of Bifidobacteria mixture on children with lgE-mediated allergic rhinitis
摘要目的:探究双歧杆菌混合物治疗lgE介导的儿童过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法:抽取孟州市人民医院2017年10月至2019年10月收治的110例过敏性鼻炎患儿,按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。观察组采用双歧杆菌混合物(长双歧杆菌BB536、婴儿双歧杆菌M-63和短双歧杆菌M-16 V)治疗,对照组采用安慰剂治疗,疗程均为8周,比较治疗前后两组临床疗效、症状评分、血清免疫球蛋白(IgE)、炎性因子如白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、转化生长因子β1 (TGF-1)、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+CD25+Treg/CD4 +)和转录因子Foxp3的表达水平。 结果:观察组临床总有效率(81.8%)高于对照组(30.9%),差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05);观察组血清IgE、IL-10低于对照组,外周血CD4+CD25+/CD4+、TGF-1、Foxp3mRNA表达水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:双歧杆菌混合物治疗lgE介导的过敏性鼻炎能缓解多种不良症状,降低患儿血清中IgE、IL-10水平,增加外周血TGF-1、CD4+CD25+Treg细胞占比和Foxp3+mRNA表达水平,从而抑制过敏性鼻炎进展。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the effects of Bifidobacteria mixture on children with lgE-mediated allergic rhinitis.Methods:A total of 110 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to Mengzhou people’s Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were divided into observation group and control group according to random namber table, with 55 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Bifidobacteria mixture (B.longum BB536, B. infantis M-63, B. breve M-16V) and control group was treated with placebo for both 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy, symptom score, IgE, inflammatory factor such as (IL-10), transfoming growth factor β.(TGF-β1), T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+ CD25+ Treg/CD4+ ) and transcription factor Foxp3 expression level were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05). Serum IgE and IL-10 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the expression levels of CD4+ CD25+ /CD4+ , Foxp3 mRNA and TGF-β1 in peripheral blood were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The treatment of lgE-mediated allergic rhinitis by Bifidobacterium mixture can significantly reduce the levels of IgE and IL-10 in serum and increase the expression of TGF-β1, CD4+ CD25+ Treg cells and Foxp3+ mRNA in peripheral blood, Inhibiting allergic rhinitis progress.
