摘要目的:观察分析前列地尔、依那普利叶酸治疗高血压肾病的临床效果。方法:抽取2018年2月至2019年11月平顶山市第一人民医院收治的高血压肾病患者86例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例)，两组患者均实施常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔、依那普利叶酸治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后的肾功能、肾内血流动力学指标、动脉弹性相关指标及不良反应。结果:治疗前，两组患者的肾功能、肾内血流动力学及动脉弹性相关的指标值比较，差异未见统计学意义( P>0.05)；治疗后，观察组患者的肾功能、肾内血流动力学指标、动脉弹性相关指标值优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组( P<0.05)。 结论:联合应用前列地尔、依那普利叶酸治疗高血压肾病，能够改善患者的肾血流动力学和肾功能，且患者用药安全性高。

abstractsObjective:To explore and analyze the effect of alprostadil and enalapril folic acid on patients with hypertensive nephropathy.Methods:A total of 86 patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to Pingdingshan First People’s Hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were selected, and the patients were divided into control group ( n=43) and observation group ( n=43) according to the random number table method, patients in both groups received conventional treatment, patients in the control group was additively treated with alprostadil on the basis of conventional treatment, and patients in the observation group were treated with alprostadil and enalapril folic acid on the basis of conventional treatment. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference in renal function, renal hemodynamics and arterial elasticity between the two groups ( P>0.05); after treatment, the renal function, renal hemodynamics and arterial elasticity of the observation group were better than those of the control group ( P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The combined treatment of alprostadil and enalapril folic acid in patients with hypertensive nephropathy can improve the renal hemodynamics and renal function of the patients, and the medication safety of the patients are high.
