摘要目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合胺碘酮、华法林治疗阵发性房颤(PAF)的疗效。方法:抽取安阳市人民医院2018年2月至2021年1月收治的64例PAF患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组32例。对照组采用胺碘酮和华法林治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上联用瑞舒伐他汀钙片。比较两组疗效、心脏超声指标、血清因子水平、窦性心律维持率及复发情况。结果:观察组总有效率(96.88%，31/32)高于对照组(75.00%，24/32)， P<0.05。与对照组比较，观察组每搏心输出量(SV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)较高，左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)较低( P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组血清因子水平低于对照组( P<0.05)。治疗90 、120 d后，观察组窦性心律维持率均高于对照组( P均<0.05)。随访6个月后，观察组复发率(3.13%，1/32)低于对照组(25.00%，8/32)， P<0.05。 结论:瑞舒伐他汀钙片联合胺碘酮、华法林治疗PAF能提升疗效，促进心脏超声指标改善，有利于缓解机体炎症，维持窦性心律，改善预后。

abstractsObjective:To investigate the efficacy of rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with amiodarone and warfarin in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF).Methods:Sixty-four PAF patients treated in Anyang People’s Hospital from February 2018 to January 2021 were taken as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amiodarone and warfarin, and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets based on the treatment of the control group. The efficacy, cardiac ultrasound indicators, serum factors, sinus rhythm maintenance rate and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (96.88%, 31/32) was higher than that of the control group (75.00%, 24/32), P<0.05. Compared with the control group, stroke output (SV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were higher, left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) were lower in observation group ( P<0.05). After treatment, the serum factor level of observation group was lower than that of control group ( P<0.05). The maintenance rate of sinus rhythm in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after 90 and 120 days of treatment (all P<0.05). After 6 months of follow-up, the recurrence rate in the observation group (3.13%, 1/32) was lower than that in the control group (25.00%, 8/32), P<0.05. Conclusions:Rosuvastatin calcium tablets combined with amiodarone and warfarin in the treatment of PAF can significantly improve the efficacy, promote the improvement of cardiac ultrasound indicators, alleviate inflammation, maintain sinus rhythm, and improve the prognosis.
