摘要目的:研究多巴丝肼片联合复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗帕金森病(PD)的效果及对患者认知功能的影响。方法:随机对照研究。抽取2020年1月至2022年12月南阳市中心医院收治的PD患者62例，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组31例。对照组采用多巴丝肼片治疗，研究组在对照组基础上采用复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)]、中医证候积分、不良情绪[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)]及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组总有效率(90.32%，28/31)高于对照组(67.74%，21/31)， P<0.05；治疗后，研究组MoCA、MMSE评分高于对照组( P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组运动迟缓、肢体拘挛、失眠多梦、腰膝酸软评分低于对照组( P<0.05)；治疗后，研究组HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组( P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(6.45%，2/31)与对照组(19.35%，6/31)比较差异未见统计学意义( P>0.05)。 结论:多巴丝肼片联合复方苁蓉益智胶囊治疗PD疗效显著，能改善患者认知功能和临床症状，缓解其不良情绪，且治疗安全性良好。

abstractsObjective:To study the effect of levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets combined with compound congrong yizhi capsules in the treatment of Parkinson disease (PD), and its influence on cognitive function .Methods:Sixty-two patients with PD treated in Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected for the randomized controlled study. And they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets, and the study group was treated with compound congrong yizhi capsules based on the treatment of the control group. The efficacy, cognitive function assessed by Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) and mini mental state examination (MMSE), traditional Chinese medical syndrome score, adverse emotions evaluated by Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD), and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 90.32% (28/31), which was higher than the 67.74% (21/31) of the control group ( P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of MoCA and MMSE in the study group were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05). After treatment, the study group had significantly lower scores of bradykinesia, limb spasm, insomnia, soreness and weakness of waist and knee compared with the control group ( P<0.05). After treatment, the HAMA score and HAMD score of the study group were lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group (6.45%, 2/31) and the control group (19.35%, 6/31), P>0.05. Conclusions:Levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets combined with compound congrong yizhi capsules are effective in the treatment of PD, which can improve the cognitive function and clinical symptoms of patients, and relieve negative emotions, with good safety.
