换一批Lung Tissue Homogenate Can Be A Good Specimen for Cryptococcus Capsular Polysaccharide Antigen Test to Improve Microbiological Diagnosis for Pulmonary Cryptococcosis
摘要We present a case in which the patient underwent computed tomography(CT)-guided percutaneous needle pulmonary biopsy to clarify the nature of pulmonary lesions.Cryptococcus were visible in her lung biopsy tissue,meanwhile,the cryptococcus capsular antigen(CRAG)of lung biopsy tissue homogenate was positive while the serum negative.Lung tissue homogenate CRAG test is still unreported so far.Our case report aims to raise the value of lung tis-sue homogenate CRAG test to improve microbiological diagnosis for pulmonary cryptococcosis(PC).
