The N-glycosylation in Saccharomyces cerevisiae influence on the heterogenous expression of cellobiohydrolase Cel7A (Tr-CBH I)
摘要篇首: Because of its vehicle attributes, bio-ethanol has received extensive attention in new energy research field. Ethanol production from the low-cost, abundant and renewable lignocelluloses is the basis of large-scale development of ethanol-based motor fuels. Among the composition of lignocelluloses, cellulose which is simply composed of glucose has the largest proportion, accounting for about 33%-51%. The complex crystal structure of lignocelluloses increased the difficulty of cellulosic ethanol processing. In general, during pretreatment process regardless of the physical or chemical method, the lignocelluloses crystalline structure could be partially destroyed and the lignin and hemicelluloses could be hydrolyzed. And then substrate hydrolysis of cellulose and hemicellulose, and fermentation of hexose and pentose generated respectively from cellulose and hernicellulose hydrolysis make the cellulosic ethanol production process accomplished. Current strategies to produce ethanol from cellulose utilized SSF or SSCF (Lynd et al., 2005;Lynd et al., 2002).
