换一批Preparation and Characterization of Anti-HER2 Affibody modified PE38KDEL-Ioaded PEGylated immunoliposomes
摘要Objective:Toxin protein of immunotoxin produces a strong non-specific toxicity in the body,and greatly limits their broad clinical applications.ZHER2:342-PE38KDEL-loaded anti-HER2 PEGylated liposomes(ZP-Affisomes) were constructed.Methods:Particle size and morphology of ZP-Affisomes and ZP-liposomes were observed by dynamic light-scattering detector (DLS) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).BCA assay was used to determine the drug loading,encapsulation efficiency,and high performance liquid chromatogaphy(HPLC) was used to determine ZHER2:342 conjugation efficiency on the ZP-liposomes.
