Intracellular Stimulated Release of CPT-11 in Multidrug Resistant Cancer Cells by Pluronic P123 Lipid Bilayer Supported Mesoporous Silica Nanoparticle
摘要In this work,we report a Pluronic P123 lipid bilayer supported mesoporous silica nanoparticles (PLB-MSNs) to stimulate drug release in multidrug-resistant (MDR) cancer cells.As a novel core-shell hybrid system,the supported membrane acted as an intact barrier against the escape of encapsulated molecules and significantly increased cellular uptake in drug sensitive MCF-7 and drugresistant MCF-7/BCRP cells compared with conventional MSNs.
