Anti-inflammation effect of xinfeng capsule on Rats' Arthritis Adjuvants and impact on pathological changes of Rats' ankles
摘要OBJECTIVE: To observe and compare the effect of xinfeng capsule on the content of the serum and the synovial tissue of IL-1β, TNF-α and impact on Rats' ankles pathological changes.METHODS: Seventy SD male rats were randomly divided into 7 groups (n=10).All groups were used rats for adjuvant arthritis model induced by Complete Freund's adjuvant except normal control group.The rats were treated with continuous 28 days after 12 days of model induced, one time per day.At the end of the experiment, the serum and the synovial tissue of IL-1β,TNF-α were determined by ELISA method, pathological changes of ankles were observed by light microscope.RESULTS: After the delivery, compare with the normal group, the content of the serum and the synovial tissue of IL-1β and TNF-α were increased significantly in model group(P< 0.01).Compare with the model group, the content of the serum and the synovial tissue of IL-1 β、 TNF-α were significantly decreased in xinfeng capsule group(P< 0.05, P< 0.01), and the effect of the high dose of xinfeng capsule was best(P<0.01), which can obviously improved the pathological changes of rats' ankles.CONCLUSION: Xinfeng capsule can reduce the content of the serum and the synovial tissue of IL-1β、 TNF-α, promote synovial cell apoptosis, inhibit the synovial hyperplasia, and play a role of anti-inflammatory treatment of AA rats.
