摘要Background This study investigate the effects to the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and atrial fibrillation early recurrence of injection dexamethasone sodium phosphate during atrial fibrillation catheter ablation.Methods There were 91 patients included in this study and they were nonvalvular AF from November, 2008 to December, 2011.In addition, comprehensive clinical and echocardiographic evaluations were carried out.All objects were divided into 2 groups by whether used injection dexamethasone sodium phosphate.They are non-dexamethasone group and dexamethasone group.Hs-CRP and hs-cTnT plasma levels were determined the first 5 post operation day.
