换一批摘要Objective:To investigate the changes of NF-κB signaling pathway and its relationship with cell apoptosis in rat hippocampus after microwave exposure.Methods:48 male Wistar rats aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into control group and microwave group.Animals were exposed to continuous microwave radiation at 2.856GHz for 15 min with average power density of 30 mW/cm2.Rats were sacrificed at 6h,3d,7d and 14d respectively.Then right hippocampal CA3 region was collected for ultrastructural observation by transmission electron microscope,and total proteins of left hippocampus were extracted.
