换一批摘要OBJECTIVE: The study aimed to evaluate the clinical diagnostic significance of serum p53 antibody in lung cancer systematically using sing meta-analysis method.METHODS: Literature search was made in PubMed, Cochrane and other databases to collect papers during the years of 1980-2013.Odds ratio (OR value) of Case-group and control group was present as the effect of indicators.Original data was studied using Meta-analysis software RevMan 4.2.Ten of various statistical models were used to calculate the merger OR values and 95％ confidence interval (95％ CI) at the same time, drawing meta-analysis of the forest map and the summary ROC curve finally.
