摘要To summarize the therapeutical experiences of microcystic lymphatic malformations of tongue with different types, and to investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse effect of theses therapies. Methods To analyze the datas of 220 cases of lymphatic malformations of tongue during Oct.2003 to Oct.2013 retrospectively, which were divided into 4 types: localized protrude type of 23 cases, superficially scattered type of 65 cases, superficially diffuse type of 86 cases and megaloglossia type of 46 cases.Injection with Peplomycin were merely peformed on 45 cases, whereas merely surgery on 20 cases, injection with Peplomycin combined with fulgerize on 76 cases, and therapeutic alliance on 79 cases. Results There were 3 cases of grade I, thirty-six cases of grade Ⅱ, seventy-three cases of grade Ⅲ, and one hundred and eight cases of grade Ⅳ, which shows differences on therapeutic effect (H=107.948, P < 0.05) There were differences in therapeutic effect between patients received injection with Peplomycin and sugery merely in localized protrude type, and Peplomycin combined with fulgerize achieved better therapeutic effect than injection with Peplomycin in both superficially scattered type and superficially diffuse type (H=1 1.923, 24.652, P<0.05).In addition, more frequencies of therapies and often therapeutic alliance were necessary in megaloglossia type. Conclusions This clinical typing can give more guidance on prognosis and treatment exactly.Spindle-shaped exairesis can be the first therapeutic choice of localized protrude type.Peplomycin combined with fulgerize achieved better therapeutic effect in both superficially scattered type and superficially diffuse type, however, the total dose of Peplomycin will be decreased validly.Obviously improvement may be available after therapeutic alliance were performed in megaloglossia type.
