换一批Treatment And Dosimetric Investigation Between Imrt,Vmat, And Helical Tomotherapy In Cervix Carcinoma
摘要Objective To evaluatethe dosimetric characteristics of IMRT,VMAT and Helical Tomotherapy (HT)inradiation therapy for locally advanced cervical cancer.Methods__Ten cervical cancer patients were included in the study.IMRT,VMAT and HT plans were designed on Eclipse and Tomotherapy treatment planning system.Plans were optimized based on the same objectives for healthy tissue sparing and target dose conformity.Dosimetric parameters for the target and organs at risk were evaluated.The MU number used was considered as a measure for treatment delivery efficiency.
