换一批摘要BACKGROUND Presacral and sacral tumors are relatively rare diseases.En bloc resection of presacral and sacral masses can be technically challenging.Complete resection by the open abdominal or sacral approaches or combined both approaches was traditionally regarded as the preferred treatment for these patients.But conventional open approach for huge presacral and sacral tumors often demands long hospitalization and poor cosmesis.Furthermore,narrow surgical field sometimes make delicate procedures very difficult.The aim of this study is to evaluate the value of robotic surgery of this kind of patients.
