Synthesis and Crystal Structures of Two C24 Epimeric 3-acetyled 20(R)-ocotillol Type Sponins Driven from 20(R)-protopanaxadiol
摘要In order to isolate epimeric 20R,24-epoxy-dammarane-3β,12β,25-triol(2)with myocardial ischemia activity,two C24 epimeric 3-acetylized ocotillol-type sponins,20 R,24S-epoxy-dammarane-3β,12β,25-triolacetate(3)and20R,24R-epoxy-dammarane-3β,12β,25-triol acetate(4)have been got from(2)by acetylation.The structures of 3 and 4 were confirmed by ESI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and single crystal X-raydiffraction.The results show that the configuration of 3 and 4 are(20R,24S)and(20R,24R),respectively.In the crystal structureof3,two intramolecular hydrogen bonds and le-ft-handed helical chain are formed.In 4,one intramolecular hydrogen bond and right-handed helical chain are formed(Fig 1).
