Joanne McPeake is a nurse consultant in clinical research and innovation in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and a senior clinical lecturer in the School of Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing, University of Glasgow, Scotland. Julie Rogan is a clinical nurse specialist focused on implementation of ICU survivorship activities, including ICU diary and peer support programs. She is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Annie Johnson is cochair of the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) Thrive Peer Support Collaborative and a bedside critical care nurse practitioner at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Annie also coleads the Mayo Clinic ICU Recovery Program. Leanne Boehm is an assistant professor at Vanderbilt University and is interested in implementation of evidence-based practice and organizational factors that influence interprofessional efforts in the acute care setting. All authors are founding members of the Critical and Acute Illness Recovery Organization (CAIRO), an international consortium of active clinical programs working to advance the practice and science of critical and acute illness recovery. eatontl@upmc.edu.
