摘要Sleep is a biological phenomenon with highly conserved evolutionary characteristics.The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep Research Society recommend that adults get at least 7 hours of sleep per night[1].However,the stress caused by fast-paced life often leads to sleep deprivation(SD).SD is strongly associated with damage to the auditory system[2,3].
