换一批摘要多发性骨髓瘤(MM)仍然是一种不可治愈的疾病.化疗、造血干细胞移植与新型靶向药物的结合使MM的治疗疗效和患者的生存获得了明显的改观.为进一步提高疗效,必须从改进现有治疗策略的效果,减少其毒副作用,对患者采用个体化方案,研发新的靶向治疗策略等方面采取积极有效的措施.

abstractsMultiple myeloma (MM) remains an incurable disease at present. In past decade, the efficacies of treatment and patients' survivals have been greatly improved due to the application of high dose chemotherapy followed by stem cell transplantation, novel agents and their combinations. To further improve the outcomes of patients with MM, we should emphasize on exploration of the new treatment strategies, individualization of regimens and development of new targets.
