摘要复发难治性淋巴瘤的原因或影响因素是多方面的,包括临床因素、病理因素和淋巴瘤自身的因素.其中病理因素是一个基本因素,是复发难治性淋巴瘤获得治疗成功的前提.只有在解决了病理因素以及临床因素以后,探索治疗复发难治性淋巴瘤的新方案才有意义.然而,病理因素对复发难治性淋巴瘤的影响可能并不为多数临床医生所熟悉.文章着重分析病理因素及其产生的原因,同时向临床医生提出建议如何应对复发难治性淋巴瘤的病理因素,以提高治疗效果.

abstractsThere are many influential factors in relapsed and refractory lymphomas (RRL), mainly including clinical, pathological and lymphoma factors. Pathological diagnosis is a basic factor and premise for successful treatment of the RRL. Only after clarifying pathological and clinical factors, it is significant to explore new therapy regimens for RRL. However, the influence of pathological factors to RRL is not well known by most clinicians in China. This article is focused on analyzing the details of pathological factors of influencing RRL and its possible reasons. Meanwhile, some suggestions for dealing with pathological factors in RRL to reach better treatment outcome for RRL are provided for clinicians.
