摘要目的 探讨人类急性白血病(AL)细胞中肿瘤抑制基因1(TIG1)的表达及其与预后的关系.方法 应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应( RT-QT-PCR)的方法,检测75例AL患者的TIG1表达情况,并进一步观察其与缓解率的关系.20名健康人作对照.结果 TIG1在健康对照组中的表达水平高( 0.0609±0.0281),而在初治AL中表达水平明显减低(0.0057±0.0035),两组比较差异有统计学意义(U=-6.321,P=0.000);缓解组患者表达水平(0.0409±0.0244)也较健康对照组减低(U=-2.582,P=0.01),且缓解组患者的表达水平也明显高于初治白血病组(U=-6.366,P=0.000);TIG1高表达患者的缓解率为83.3%(15/18)明显高于低表达患者的53.1%( 17/32)(x2=4.563,P=0.033).结论 TIG1基因表达的减少与AL的发病有关,而且低表达患者的预后不佳.
