摘要原发乳腺淋巴瘤(PBL)是一种少见的结外淋巴瘤亚型,具有独特的特点.最主要的病理类型为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL),其他病理类型比较罕见.文章将以原发乳腺DLBCL为主,阐述其疾病定义、分期,并探讨全身性化疗、局部巩固放疗及利妥昔单抗靶向治疗的地位.

abstractsPrimary breast lymphoma is a rare form of extranodal lymphoma with distinct characteristics.It comprises diverse histologic subtypes with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) as the most common one.In this review,the primary breast DLBCL was focused and the definition,staging,the role of systemic chemotherapy,local adjuvant radiotherapy and rituximab in treatment of primary breast DLBCL were described.
