摘要抵抗细胞凋亡是许多血液肿瘤的关键致癌机制。bcl-2是内源性细胞凋亡通路的重要抗凋亡蛋白，因此靶向抑制bcl-2成为目前抗血液肿瘤的研究热点之一。维奈托克（venetoclax）是一种选择性bcl-2抑制剂，现已被用于治疗慢性淋巴细胞白血病（CLL）、急性髓系白血病（AML）和套细胞淋巴瘤（MCL）。文章综述了bcl-2家族在调节细胞凋亡中的作用，以及维奈托克在相关血液肿瘤中的应用进展。

abstractsResistance to apoptosis is a key carcinogenic mechanism in hematologic malignancies. bcl-2 is considered to be an important anti-apoptotic protein of endogenous apoptosis pathway and bcl-2 targeting inhibition has become one of research hotspots of anti-hematologic malignancies. Venetoclax, a selective bcl-2 inhibitor, has been used in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). This paper reviews the role of bcl-2 family in the regulation of apoptosis and advances of venetoclax in hematologic malignancies.
