摘要Dear Editor,Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)account for up to 50%of tumor mass and serve as key innate immune cells in the tumor microenvironment(Kzhyshkowska et al.,2024).TAMs are primarily M2-like phenotypes that contribute to tumor immunosuppression and promote immune escape by secreting anti-inflammatory fac-tors,thereby supporting tumor growth, metastasis, and angiogenesis.
