摘要Pancreatic pseudocyst is a common complication of pancre-atitis[1],and most(around 70％)pancreatic cysts are pseudo-cysts[2].In terms of clinical manifestations,pseudocysts are most often asymptomatic.Treatment is not required for asymptomatic pancreatic pseudocysts,because they tend to be absorbed spon-tanously[3].The probability of spontaneous regression of asymp-tomatic pseudocysts may be improved by a conservative approach involving bowel rest and parenteral nutrition.
