摘要To the Editor:Fontan operation is indicated in a single ventricle congeni-tal heart disease which creates a shunt between superior vena cava and pulmonary arteries leading to increased pressure in cen-tral venous system and congestive hepatopathy,namely,Fontan-associated liver disease(FALD)[1].
