摘要目的 探讨我院门急诊抗菌药物的分级使用管理情况,了解抗菌药物分级管理前后临床用药的变化.方法 将我院使用的抗菌药物分为非限制使用、限制使用与特殊使用三类进行分级管理,在不同的医师范围内使用.结果 抗菌药物使用率由69%下降到50%,合理使用率由59%上升到78%.三联使用抗菌药物的比率由8.4%下降到2%,不存在过去四联、五联使用抗菌药物现象.非限制使用类抗菌药物、限制使用类抗菌药物所占的百分比各上升了13.74%和3.97%,而特殊使用类抗菌药物所占的百分比下降为0.5%.结论 抗菌药物分级管理可提高医务人员合理用药意识.

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical medication changes of antimicrobial drug after classifi-cation management in emergency and out-patient of our hospital. Methods Classification management of antimicro-bial drug were carried out according to non-restricted use, special use and restricted use in different range of application. Results The usage rate of antimicrobial drug decreased from 69% to 50%, the reasonable utilization rate increases from 59% to 78%. Triple combined drug-used rate of antimicrobial agents decreased from 8.4% to 2% and the past four and five combined use of antimicrobial drugs did not exist. The usage rate of non-restricted use antimicrobial agents and restricted use agents increased 13.74% and 3.97% respectively, while the usage rate of special use of antimicrobial agents dropped to 0.5%. Conclusion The classification management of antimicrobial drug should raise medical workers' awareness of rational drug use.
