摘要目的 探讨湿润烧伤膏配合推拿治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征的疗效.方法 选择在我院新生儿室住院的新生儿寒冷损伤综合征患儿共60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例.对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上采用湿润烧伤膏外涂加按摩法.同时观察两组患儿的病情恢复情况、治愈率、住院天数和并发症发生情况.结果 治疗组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为90%、70%,两组比较均P＜0.01,差异有显著性.治疗组的平均住院时间为(10.0±3.5)天,明显短于对照组的(12.1±3.5)天,两组比较,P＜0.01或0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 湿润烧伤膏配合推拿治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征,可提高患儿的治愈率,缩短住院天数,减少并发症,有利于患儿的生长发育.

abstractsObjective To investigate the effect of using MEBO(moisture burn ointment)and massage on syndrome of neonatal cold damage.Methods 60 neonates in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (the treatment group and control group).Thirty cases in control group were treated by conventional treatment,and the other thirty cases in the treatment group were treated by conventional treatment adding MEBO and massage.The illness recoveries,cure rate,days of hospitalization and complication of the two groups were observed.Result The total effective rates were 90% in treatment group and 70% in control group(P＜0.01),the average time of hospitalization was(10.0 ± 3.5)days in treatment group and(12.1 ± 3.5)days in control group.The difference between two groups was statistical significant(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).Conclusion It has certain therapeutic effect by using MEBO and massage on syndrome of neonatal cold damage.This method can increase cure rate,shorten the days in hospital stay, reduce complication, and develop the growth of children.
