摘要目的 探讨关节腔冲洗治疗膝关节积液的临床效果和护理方法 .方法 对58例膝父节腔积液患者进行关节腔冲洗治疗,分别于治疗后4周和半年时评定近期和远期疗效.结果 治疗4周后的优良率为89.5%,有效率为95.5%;半年后优良率为77.6%,有效率为92.5%.结论 关节腔冲洗是治疗膝关节积液安全有效的方法 ,同时应加强护理.

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing methods of lavation of joint cavity on the liquid aggregation of knee joint cavity.Methods 58 cases with liquid aggregation of knee joint cavity were treated with lavation of knee joint cavity.The therapeutic effects were valued in 4 weeks and 6 months after treatment.Results The excellent rates were 89.6% in 4 weeks after treatment and 77.6% in 6 months after treatment.The total effective rates were 95.5% in 4 weeks after treatment and 92.5% in 6 months after treatment.Conclusion Lavation of joint cavity for liquid aggregation of knee joint cavity is safe and effective.Nursing care should he strengthened at the same time.
