摘要目的 探讨临床护理路径在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果.方法 将66例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组各33例.实验组采用临床护理路径进行全程护理,对照组采用常规护理.观察患者住院日、禁食时间、医疗费用、健康教育达标率、并发症发生率、治愈率、病情加重发生率及患者满意度.结果 使用临床护理路径患者住院日、禁食时间、医疗费用、健康教育达标率、并发症发生率、治愈率、病情加重发生率和患者满意度明显高于常规护理路径患者,比较均差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 应用临床护理路径对急性胰腺炎患者给予全程护理,可缩短患者的住院日,降低医疗成本,可提高护理工作效率和患者满意度,保证护理质量和提高患者生活质量.

abstractsObjective It would approach the application of clinical nursing path in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods 66 cases of acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 33 cases each.The experimental group used the whole path of clinical nursing care;and the control group with conventional care.Observe the days for in hospital,fasting time,medical expenses,health education attainment rate,complication rate,cure rate,the incidence of exacerbations and patient satisfaction.Results The index that observed above had very significant difference between these two groups.Conclusions The application of clinical nursing pathway for patients with acute pancreatitis to give full care can shorten the patient's hospital stay days,reduce the medical costs,and improve the efficiency of the job and the satisfaction of the patients,ensure the quality of the care and improve the quality of life of sick.
