摘要目的 探讨温馨提示簿在临床护理管理的应用效果.方法 以不记名,不点名的形式由科室护理人员主动登记护理活动过程中存在的护理缺陷及不良事件,护士长组织学习讨论,让全体护士提出建议并尽早改正.结果 反复出现的护理缺陷、病人投诉次数明显减少,病人及医生对护士的满意度均优于实施前.结论 温馨提示簿的实施有效、可行,值得临床推广应用.
